Tripness, a pioneering company in the medical tourism industry in El Salvador, owes its success to the vision and expertise of its three co-founders: Rafael Rosales, Gabriel Serrano Robredo, and Javier Handal.

Together, these three visionaries strive to provide personalized, reliable, and cost-effective wellness experiences, making Tripness a go-to solution for medical tourism needs.

Rafael Rosales

CEO & Co-Founder

15+ years of experience within the Logistics & Supply Chain Management industry. Focused on Continuous improvement, S-type Loonshots, Innovation and Organizational Strategy Research within the Public and Private Sector. A graduate from Texas A&M and Harvard University, earning the Dean’s List Academic Achievement Award in both institutions.

Throughout his career he has received one “Eagle” and five “Meritorious & Mission Honor” awards from the US Department of State and Defense for his outstanding service.

Gabriel Serrano Robredo

COO & Co-Founder

Bachelor of Marketing graduate from ESI School of Management and Ohio State University. With over 10 years of experience in Medical Administration and Tourism in El Salvador, Gabriel has been instrumental in creating impactful projects in the region.

Javier Handal

Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founder

Extensive knowledge within the Medicine & Wellness Management industry as well as robust experience within public and private medicine sector. Leads the company’s Research and Development division seeking to democratize health care. Obtained his MD degree from ‘Dr. Jose Matias Delgado University’ in El Salvador. Dr. Handal has participated in note-worthy medical congresses within the region.
